Komikan is an abstract strategy game for two players associated with the Mapuche people of present-day Chile and Argentina. Its rules pit a hunting piece, the puma, against twelve pieces seeking to surround it; historical sources from the eighteenth and nineteenth centuries describe its boards and variants, although a pre-Columbian origin is not firmly established.
